Our state of the art, Spinner Blade ION bikes, measure power output to accurately measure work and calorie burn. The bikes also measure distance, speed, time, and heart rate. You'll work smarter than ever with our new program. Our pedals take both regular fitness shoes and cycling shoes with SPD clips. Practically the only thing our bikes won’t do is pedal for you! All levels welcome.
Total Barre™ is a high-energy and dynamic workout that integrates elements of Pilates, dance, cardio & strength training. Combining traditional Ballet Barre work with other disciplines to challenge your entire body and improve strength, balance, flexibility, and endurance. Active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong.
Zumba® Kids classes are rockin', high-energy dance parties packed with kid-friendly routines. We break down steps, add games, activities and cultural exploration elements into the class structure. These classes help develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of children's lives.
This kick-butt strength training class uses the TRX suspension training system. There is little to no impact in this workout, but be prepared to sweat! You'll work arms, legs and core to get an awesome total body workout! The '+' stands for 'plus' other fitness tools along with the TRX such as the BOSU, Stability Ball, Weights, Tubing, etc. All levels welcome. Athletic shoes required.
This class will increase muscle strength and help increase bone density through resistance training for the whole body. Exercises designed to improve balance and aid in fall prevention are an integral part of the program as well as exercises to increase mobility and flexibility.
Our Circuit/Interval training class is our high-intensity strength, power, and cardio class. This class provides the most metabolically efficient workout in the least amount of time. We will be using various pieces of equipment and the exercises are different every class. Be prepared to sweat!
Perfect for new moms looking to get the last of the baby weight off, these fitness classes let you burn calories with a little one comfortably in tow. Each week offers a different workout to keep you challenged using squats, lunges, resistance bands, and even your baby as lifting weight. These classes obviate the need for moms to find a sitter when they work out, as children are a part of each session. We also accommodate wee ones with a play area for exploring once they decide they are finished with the regular workout.
